The added fats will keep you full all morning long, seriously! And at first adding butter and coconut to coffee sounded odd, but it’s honestly super good! If I wasn’t so obsessed with drinking a keto smoothie every morning, this would be my go-to breakfast.
Keto Bullet Coffee:
- 12 oz hot coffee
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
Add the coconut oil and butter to your coffee, you can either stir until melted or add it to a blender cup.
